It’s been two years since Kasina and Nike teamed up to deliver a pair of collaborative Dunks but it appears that the two entities are joining forces again for a new Air Max 1.
Newly leaked images of the previously unseen Kasina x Nike Air Max 1 collab were shared today by @Fakesickness on Instagram. An early look at the shoe reveals that Kasina applies a premium spin to the classic running model, with tumbled leather uppers, pony hair, and hairy suede overlay panels. The shoe’s color scheme is likely inspired by the Mandarin duck, a theme that is all but confirmed by the accompanying hangtag. Additional details include Kasina branding on the tongue tag and lace locks, while a special mini Swoosh logo is embroidered at the forefoot.
As of now, release details for this Kasina x Nike Air Max 1 collab have yet to be announced by the brands but keep it locked to Sole Collector for updates.
UPDATE (05/18): Thanks to @geakogeem on Instagram, we now have a first look at a new Kasina x Nike Air Max 1 colorway that’s dressed in a navy and grey color scheme. As of now, release info for the collab has yet to be announced by the two entities but check back soon for official details.
