First seen on collaboration sneakers like the Mowabb and Shox TL, Comme des Garçons' deconstructed Nike remixes will continue soon with the Air Max 95.
Sticking with the stripped-down, flowing theme of the aforementioned collabs, the Comme des Garçons x Nike Air Max 95 was first seen on the runway last summer during Paris Fashion Week, and its official release is now approaching. Thanks to US11, we've got a thorough look at the three colorways that make up the collection in black/grey, triple black, and white.
Each style uses the same loose threading construction across the sneaker's signature side panels, giving them a work-in-progress look reminiscent of last year's "Shanghai Kaleidoscope" Air Max 97.
A release date has not yet been announced, but these official images suggest that the Comme des Garçons x Nike Air Max 95 will be arriving sooner than later. Check back soon for updates.
UPDATE (01/14): Dover Street Market has confirmed that the three CDG x Nike Air Max 95s will be releasing on Jan. 18 on doverstreetmarket.com and at select Dover Street Market stores for £280 (app. $364).
