Since announcing his partnership with Converse back in 2017, Tyler, the Creator has explored a handful of classic silhouettes including the One Star and the Chuck 70 but has never dropped his very own silhouette with the brand, until now.
Dubbed the Gianno, Tyler's first original Converse model draws inspiration from many sources including outdoor, running and basketball footwear with nods to the brand's archival design. The result is a multi-dimensional silhouette with the upper fusing together leather, nylon, and suede while the chunky tooling inspired by the brand's ERX basketball series gives the design an added depth. Similar to Tyler's previous work with Converse, Golf Le Fleur branding is featured all throughout the shoe including on the tongue, the lateral side, and outsole.
Tyler, the Creator's Golf Le Fleur x Converse Gianno will debut in three colorways and are releasing exclusively at Camp Flog Gnaw, with a global release on Nov. 11 on Converse.com and at Golf Wang Stores.
