Nike is paying homage to two of its most popular sneaker silhouettes from '95 with the latest Air Max Uptempo, drawing inspiration from the iconic "Neon" Air Max 95.Â
Similar to the runner, this pair opts for a breathable mesh upper, paired with soft grey shades on the suede mudguard. Adding a bit of pop to the shoe are the volt accents found on the eye stay, Swoosh branding on the lateral side, and within the black full-length Air Max cushioning unit in the midsole. In recent memory, Nike has applied this theme of combining an iconic color blocking with new silhouettes on a handful of shoes including for the #LeBronWatch program, the Air Max 97, and even seen with Odell Beckham Jr.'s player exclusive cleats.
While a stateside release has yet to be announced by the brand, the "Neon 95" Nike Air Max Uptempo is currently available at European retailers including Foot Asylum.
