This bright pair of Jordan 2s is one of the more literal Air Jordan retros we've ever seen as far as its design inspiration is concerned. The shoe, created by D'Wayne Edwards of Pensole Footwear Design Academy, is made to look like an actual pencil (Get it?).

The colorway's bright upper mimics the base of the pencil, while the pink parts stand in for the rubber eraser and the metallic sections represent the ferrule that holds the whole thing together.

There's no sign of these Jordans ever releasing, but readers in Portland, Ore., can go see them on display at Deadstock Coffee.
