This Nike Stefan Janoski Max SB is known as the "Mosaic" edition. Made in collaboration with Concepts, they are a part of the "Grail" Collection. Featuring faded pastel colors on the upper. As the sneaker is worn, the upper wears away revealing the pure white suede underlay, for a unique look to each wearer. A limited release, look out for them exclusively at Concepts in late July of 2015. Retail is set at, $135.
