Having established the brand through Tennis and lifestyle footwear in the 1970s and 1980s, Fila entered the performance Basketball market in 1992 with the High Fila 7. Three years later, Fila partnered with their first NBA superstar endorser, Grant Hill, to create the Fila Grant Hill signature Basketball sneaker line. Based on the success with Grant Hill, Fila added Jerry Stackhouse, Chris Webber, and Jamal Mashburn to their signature sneaker line. Outside of signature lines, Fila Basketball sneakers include the Fila Bubbles and the Fila The Cage.
