The Under Armour Charge RC performance runner saw a limited release a few months back, and returns on Black Friday at select retailers and underarmour.com.
The innovative shoe features a two piece upper for natural flexibility, enhanced forefoot compression, HeatGear fabric to wick away moisture, a Carbon Spring Plate for maximum energy return, a 4D Foam liner for locked-in fit along with responsive MicroG foam cushioning. The shoe is built with a lower heel angle to encourage running on ones toes.
The goal of the Charge RC is to make its owner a faster, more efficient runner, and judging by the list of the tech included (all weighing in at under 10 ounces), UA is doing everything it can to meet that goal.
