It’s been quite some time since Breanna Stewart wore a UConn Huskies jersey, but Puma is honoring her dominant collegiate career with the next Stewie 1 release.
Shown here is the “Four Time” Puma Stewie 1 that’s hitting retail starting this week. As the name of the colorway suggests, this shoe honors the four consecutive NCAA championships between the 2012 to 2016 seasons.
The sneaker dons a Huskies-inspired makeup, with a white-based upper that’s paired with a blue heel counter and red accents on the formstrip logo at the forefoot. The most notable detail is the “4X” logo on the back of the left tongue and a graphic of a hand holding up four fingers referencing the record-breaking feat on the right pair. Sitting below is a full-length Nitro foam midsole and a semi-translucent outsole.
The “Four Time” Puma Stewie 1 will be released on Friday, March 17, at Puma.com and at select Puma retailers for $125.
