Nike Remastered the Air Force 1 High

The Nike Air Force 1 High returns with an original shape that should please the purists.

The Nike Air Force 1 High is the latest sneaker to get remastered by Nike.

The Nike Sportswear squad that put together this pair didn't go far as to use that word that's been tossed around so much in conjunction with Air Jordan retros, but the process here seems very similar. The pair of Nike Air Force 1s shown was built based on the original 1982 shape of the shoe, and has already been praised for its leather that's a notch above the standard (although the suede Swoosh, leather mid panel, and toe perfs didn't appear on the original). The Nike Air Force 1 High "Naike" is aimed at Chinese sneakerheads, and will launch there on Jan. 16, 2015.
