To coincide with weekend's Academy event at The Hangar in Santa Monica, Nike Basketball issued a special "Warhawk" make-up of the Nike Kyrie 1.
An obvious angle to take with the design (and something sneakerheads have been mocking up on NIKEiD), the shoe features fighter aircraft details like a rusted brown base, checkertail counter, midsole "teeth" and a flight patch logo on the tongue.
As of now, these are expected to be limited to Elite Youth Basketball League participants, friends and family.
UPDATE 7/10: The "Warhawks" Kyrie 1 has landed on eBay. This detailed set of images reveals a reflective argyle print on the Swoosh.
