The Nike Air Edge is not a sneaker that normally turns heads for most collectors, but this pare is a rare exception.
The shoe was made to celebrate the second season of the classic 1990s sitcom Friends, and features its logo planted on the back tabs, along with badges on the tongue referencing the second season. Nike had a couple other similar promotional pairs in the same decade, like the Air Seinfeld and the Nike Binford for Home Improvement, both created to celebrate the respective shows' 100th episodes.
