Nike plans to open a 20,000 square-foot store in Brooklyn, New York.
Not much info is out there yet on the upcoming store, but it appears that it will be a Nike Community Store and not a bigger Niketown style location. The store will be deep in Flatbush at 2236 Nostrand Ave, close to Brooklyn College and a massive Target store.
Nike Community Stores focus on creating jobs locally and encouraging the community with volunteer efforts.
Nike is already hiring associates for its upcoming Brooklyn Community Store.
