Nike Sportswear looks to the hardwood for their latest Trainer Huarache.

Yes, the Nike Air Trainer Huarache is a cross-trainer but in the '90s, a cross-trainer was seen as a versatile sneaker, used for just about every sport. While most wouldn't play in the Trainer Huarache today, they'd probably go with its basketball counterpart the Flight Huarache, some people aren't so particular.

This all-new colorway is known as the 'Phoenix Suns' edition, drawing inspiration from the teams colors and pays homage to the days that non-basketball sneakers would crossover to the blacktop. They feature a black-based nubuck upper with anthracite grey accents, finished off by hits of purple on the Neoprene bootie and an orange back heel pull tab.

The 'Phoenix Suns' Nike Air Trainer Huarache is available now at select Nike Sportswear retailers overseas such as Caliroots. No word on a stateside drop at this time.
