Nike introduces a new 'Dirty Denim' Air Max 1 featuring aged washed denim detailing in tribute to the original version of the sneaker that was released in 2003.

No, this isn’t the “Dirty Denim” Nike Air Max 1 that you remember from 2003, but it is a shoe that pays homage to that highly coveted release.

Living up to its namesake, the runner bears an upper that splits between washed denim and aged, worn-out suede, with a pre-yellowed midsole that drives the vintage concept home. Royal Blue branding hits and lining offer a bit of contrast, while the heel logo is embroidered in gold. The package rests atop a gum rubber outsole to finish things off.

The “Dirty Denim” Air Max 1 will release on Friday, Aug. 26 for $150 via the SNKRS app.
