Nike’s 40th anniversary celebrations of the Air Force 1 continue with this upcoming release that references another classic silhouette from the Swoosh.
The inspiration for this Command Force-inspired Air Force 1 Low colorway isn’t exactly subtle as it dons the original “Ultramarine” color scheme and throwback branding on the tongue and heel tab. The rest of the shoe looks rather simple as it features a white-based leather upper that’s paired with a grey nubuck eyestay and blue hits on the Swoosh and sock liner. Rounding out the look is a sail-colored tooling and red hits on the heel’s “Air” logo.
At the time of writing, the release details for this Command Force-inspired Air Force 1 Low have not yet been announced by the brand. We’ll keep you updated with new information as they become available.
UPDATE (01/05): Nike has officially confirmed on SNKRS that this Command Force-inspired Air Force 1 Low will be releasing exclusively in women’s sizing on Jan. 18 via the app for $130.
