Yes, that is correct, it's none other than Toni Kukoc during his one season with the Atlanta Hawks rocking a pair of the Air Jordan XI "Concord". The "Croatian Sensation" was known to have a little Air Jordan heat including the Air Jordan XIV and this PE AJV. Toni was never officially on Jordan Brand, but after helping Jordan win 3 NBA Championships, Michael must have helped him out with some shoes. He was apparently a big fan of the Concords because he wore them at some point on all three teams he played for after the Bulls - 76ers, Hawks, and Bucks.
