After delivering the “Outside Clothes” 990v3 last summer, the partnership between Joe Freshgoods and New Balance will continue in 2022 with more pairs coming soon.
This week, the Chicago designer shared a teaser of his next collab with the Boston-based sportswear brand on Instagram. The image shows co-branded shoe boxes that are dressed in tonal orange and green looks but the sneakers have not been shared.
Prior to that, Joe Freshgoods posted a cryptic tweet in November that showed the late great Kobe Bryant holding up three fingers along with a tentative April 2022 release date, which may possibly be linked to this forthcoming set of New Balance collabs.
As of now, official release details for the next Joe Freshgoods x New Balance collab have yet to be announced by both entities but keep it locked to Sole Collector for new developments including a first look in the coming weeks.
UPDATE (05/06): With a release expected in the coming weeks, Joe Freshgoods has unveiled a new colorway of his New Balance 9060 “Inside Voices” collab. Joining the already seen “Penny Cookie Pink” look is a new “Baby Shower Blue” pair which the designer says is exclusive. Check back in the coming days for confirmed details on the release.
UPDATE (05/12): Following a local raffle for the Joe Freshgoods x New Balance 9060 “Inside Voices” collection, the designer is getting ready to launch the collab online. He’s confirmed that the matching apparel collection will drop May 17 and encourages fans to sign up for his mailing list at joefreshgoods.com for more details on the sneaker release. Both colorways will retail for $180 apiece.
UPDATE (05/16): New Balance its 9060 “Inside Voices” collaboration with Joe Freshgoods will release Friday, May 20 globally for a retail price of $180 each. The “Baby Shower Blue” colorway is a Joe Freshgoods exclusive, while the “Penny Cookie Pink” will be released at other select retailers.
