It was just a few days ago that JJJJound dropped its Reebok NPC II collection and now, the Montreal-based creative studio has just teased its next sneaker project.
Today, JJJJound confirmed on Instagram that it has joined forces with Asics for the first time ever to deliver a new Gel-Kayano 14 collab as part of its Spring/Summer 2022 collection. This pair feels right in line with JJJJound’s past collabs as it features a simple color scheme of white and metallic silver. Subtle JJJJound branding is stamped on the shoe’s collar while a sail Gel midsole cushions the underfoot.
Despite an early look by JJJJound, the release details for its Asics Gel-Kayano 14 collab have yet to be announced by either of the parties involved. Check back soon to Sole Collector for official updates in the coming weeks.
UPDATE (08/16): JJJJound has officially confirmed that its two Asics Gel-Kayano 14 collabs will be released on Aug. 26 at JJJJound.com and at select Asics stockists for $180 each. Grab a detailed look at both pairs below.
