Quietly solidifying his place in the #SoleWatch Power Rankings, Toronto Raptors forward James Johnson rocked the oldest pair of sneakers in last night's game between the Toronto Raptors and Phoenix Suns.
With a stacked lineup of kicks on the court in Phoenix, Johnson may have stolen the show. He went all the way back to 2002 and brought back the 'Varsity Red' Air Jordan 17. A controversial release at the time, the 17 was tagged at $200, packaged with a CD-ROM in a metal briefcase.
Fittingly, Johnson had 17 points in the game, but the Raptors fell to the Suns 125-109.
