Champs Sports and adidas have launched the latest adicolor Collection with a first-of-its-kind Tumblr-inspired advertising campaign featuring Damian Lillard of the Portland Trail Blazers, Iman Shumpert of the New York Knicks and Denver Broncos linebacker Von Miller. A 30-second version spot debuted during last night's TNT Knicks vs. Blazers broadcast.
With production duo TNGHT's "Higher Ground" serving as the background track, the spot brings to life the mixed media found on the typical high school student's Tumblr feed. Photos, video, illustration and games hit on cultural touch points that matter to guys.
The footwear and apparel collection features a variety of core basics and seasonal coors. Champs Sports is the lead retail partner for adicolor in the US. Portland-based creative agency Kamp Grizzly produced the campaign.
