We’re only a few days removed from London-based streetwear brand Corteiz’s founder Clint teasing his upcoming Nike project and now, we’re learning more about the project.
Shown here is a first look at the Corteiz x Nike Air Max 95 collab courtesy of Clint on Instagram. While the inspiration behind the makeup hasn’t been shared at the time of writing, the shoe wears an olive-based color scheme on the leather upper. Corteiz branding is embroidered on the ankle collar and toe box, while the label’s Alcatraz logo appears on the tongue. The shoe also features a camo interior and a black Max Air-cushioned midsole. The shoe also comes with an OG-styled Nike box with co-branding on the exterior.
According to Clint, this Corteiz x Nike Air Max 95 collab will touch down sometime in March. Keep it locked to Sole Collector for official updates in the coming weeks.
UPDATE (03/08): Corteiz confirms a Friday, March 10 release for its Nike Air Max 95 collaboration in green. Those who are interested are encouraged to sign up at crtz.xyz for drop notifications. A wider release has not been confirmed.
UPDATE (03/21): Fresh off of dropping the green colorway earlier this month, Corteiz has confirmed that the pink iteration of its Air Max 95 collab is releasing today in New York City. Fans who are looking to buy a pair are urged to visit West 34th St. and 7th Ave. today at 12:05 p.m. ET to find out the location of the sneaker’s release.
UPDATE (04/04): Fresh off the release of the pink colorway last month, official images of the Corteiz x Nike Air Max 95 have now emerged in the blue-based “Aegean Storm” makeup. This pair is currently expected to release on April 15 for a retail price of $190.
UPDATE (07/12): Just when it seemed like the only way of picking up the Corteiz x Nike Air Max 95 collaboration was turning to the resale market, founder Clint has announced a restock of over 1,000 pairs of the coveted sneakers.
According to posts from the founder and Corteiz's social media, pairs from canceled orders that were determined to be placed by bots will be restocked this weekend in London at a to-be-announced location.
All three colorways will be available and priced at £110, a nod to the sneaker's original retail price in London.
