Converse MVP Mid

Converse introduces a hoop shoe equipped with Flywire technology.

As the great Joseph "Proposition Joe" Stewart once said, "Co-op means share and share alike." Since landing under Nike's robust corporate umbrella, sub-brands like Cole Haan and Converse have benefited from some of the best technology the Swoosh has to offer, including Hyperfuse construction and Lunarlon cushioning. The next bit of tech to cross over is Flywire, Nike's weight-reducing threads typically used for enhancing the support of the upper. The beneficiary is Converse's new hoop shoe, the MVP Mid.

The MVP Mid features a molded synthetic upper with ventilation zones spaced out along the side panels. Flywire is visible on the toebox of the shoe, with official marking positioned right below the tongue.

Though the shoe has yet to surface stateside, the MVP Mid is making round in the Philipines in Gunmetal/Black and Neon Orange/Black. More information as it becomes available here at Sole Collector.
