Yesterday in London, Andy Murray took home the gold in tennis. Murray put a thorough beating on Roger Federer to win in three sets, earning Great Britian's first gold medal in the sport since 1908. On Murray's feet for that match was the adidas Barricade 7.0. Check out below for a closer look at his gold medal-winning shoe.

The 15.3-ounce Barricade 7.0 is part of the adiPower line, and features stabilizing Barricade claws in the forefoot. This support element provides specialized protection for the lunges and directional changes necessary on the tennis court.

Additional features include a molded EVA insole, Torsion System, as well as adiPrene and adiPrene+ inserts for cushioning. They are available now at adidas.com.

Hats off to Andy and his historic win!
