After extremely popular Quai 54 V and IX releases in recent years, the Jordan Brand quietly followed up this year with a limited edition Quai version of the "Military Blue" Retro 4. It's not really clear why the Jordan Brand didn't create a true Quai 54 shoe this year. Perhaps with the World Basketball Festival and Olympics on the horizon, they simply overlooked the event?
