Four high school students were suspended for their part in a bathroom brawl over Air Jordans.
The fight, captured in the above video from CBS46, happened at Griffin High School in Griffin, Ga. In it, one student is stripped of his sneakers, what looks to be the "Laser" Jordan 1s, after being pummeled. CBS46 reports that the fight started over allegations that the sneakers were stolen.
But, the mother of one of the students, Shawanda Lockheart, say's that's not the case.
"We have the right paperwork to present, to show that those belong to him," Lockheart said.
Martinus Carr, who takes the shoes off the student in the above video, has been charged with felony robbery and fighting.
All four of the students involved will have separate hearings to determine whether they'll be kicked out of Griffin High School.
