The “Concord” Air Jordan 11 is arguably one of Jordan Brand’s most popular styles of all time, and it appears that the iconic makeup will inspire a forthcoming Air Jordan 5 release.
First reported by @zSneakerheadz on Instagram, the “Concord” iteration of the Air Jordan 5 is rumored to hit shelves this summer. While images have not yet surfaced, the mock-up and the early info shared by the leaker account reveal that the shoe will be dressed in a white, dark concord, and black color scheme similar to its “Concord” Jordan 11 counterpart.
Jordan Brand taking classic colorways and applying them onto different models isn’t a new concept, as it was recently done for last year’s “Bordeaux” Air Jordan 6 release.
Per @zSneakerheadz, the “Concord” Air Jordan 5 is slated to release on July 23 for $200. We’ll keep you updated with new developments in the weeks ahead.
UPDATE (07/23): Initially rumored to drop in July, Jordan Brand confirms that the new “Dark Concord” Air Jordan 5 colorway will drop on Aug. 6 via SNKRS for $200.
