Recently, a pair of Sabathia's "Cool Grey" cleats popped up on eBay that are said to be the same ones he laced up for that game.
Designed after the popular basketball Retro 11 of the same colorway, the cleats feature a grey nubuck base with a light grey patent leather overlay. C.C.'s number "52" appears on the heel, while a grey Nike cleat plate caps off the look below.
