Another significant contribution will be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research after day three of the 2011 Nike MAG eBay auctions raised another $547,000 dollars for charity. A true figure of $546,620 breaks down to about $3644 per pair, meaning the MAG is becoming much more affordable with each passing day. The high pair from round three reeled in $5415.

Yesterday's closings bring the overall total somewhere in the neighborhood of $2,115,711. Through three days, 2011 Nike MAGs are being auctioned off for an average of $4702. Of course, with Google Co-Founder Sergey Brin's pledged to double all donations to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for the remainder of the year, the Nike MAG auctions have helped raise more than $4,231,422 for Parkinson's Disease research.

The fourth day of auctions has been underway since last night's closings and will close themselves before the clock strikes midnight tonight. Head over to nikemag.ebay.com to place a bid on the most talked about shoe of all-time.
