The Nike Kobe 6, one of Kobe Bryant's most popular signature models, is due to come back in a major way next year. Among the many colorways already being rumored as part of the lineup is the original launch colorway.
Dubbed "Del Sol," this Kobe 6 was one of Bryant's go-to pairs during the 2010-11 season. The Eric Avar-led design is highlighted by its polyurethane "scaled" upper, which mimics Bryant's "Black Mamba" nickname. Del Sol alludes to the bright yellow accent color that became a staple in the line. According to Soleheatonfeet, this beloved colorway will be back on shelves in early 2021.
The upcoming protro drops reportedly also include the "All-Star," "Kay Yow" and "Grinch" colorways. Images and a confirmed release date for the "Del Sol" pair haven't yet been revealed, but we'll keep you updated in the coming months.
