After recently adding Davante Adams to its roster, Jordan Brand is sticking with the NFL by announcing its latest signing of New England Patriots cornerback Stephon Gilmore.
Gilmore is the league's reigning Defensive Player of the Year and is the first player in his team's history to receive that honor. Some of his other notable accomplishments include winning Super Bowl 53 in 2019 and being a three-time Pro Bowler. Gilmore joins a collection of 50-plus world-class athletes across a wide range of sports who are currently representing Team Jordan.
"It’s very humbling," said Gilmore about his signing. "It’s a blessing to be signed to the brand and to represent the Jumpman both on and off the field. Athletes signed to Jordan are great players, but they also help out their communities. They do the things that athletes should do, and I’m looking forward to continuing that legacy."
