A few of the premier sneaker reselling stores are temporarily closing their doors in an attempt to limit the spread of the rapidly-growing COVID-19 outbreak.

StockX, Flight Club, Stadium Goods, and GOAT took to their social media platforms to announce that they're shutting down physical locations starting this week in effort to keep both their employees and shoppers safe from coronavirus. As of now, Flight Club and GOAT currently have a tentative reopening date of March 27, with StockX and Stadium Goods expected to announce theirs at a later date. Customers are encouraged to continue to shop through each of their respective websites.

The latest numbers shared by Johns Hopkins University have the total number of reported coronavirus cases globally at upwards of 170,000, with around 6,513 deaths.

After careful consideration, we’ve decided to close our StockX NYC location to help protect our team and community. We’ll be monitoring the situation closely before re-opening at a future date. Thanks for your understanding. We're here at support@stockx.com for any questions.
