With the return of Scottie Pippen's OG Nike Air More Uptempo colorway expected later this year, it looks like Nike's getting a jump on the oft-retroed model with the return of its USA-themed "Olympic" style.

Originally released in 1996 and again in 2012 and 2016, respectively, the "Olympic" Air More Uptempo was worn by Pippen and as well as players like Charles Barkley during the '96 USA basketball team's Summer Olympics bid. The shoes feature a navy blue nubuck upper with white "AIR" letting that extends to its midsole, giving this colorway a particularly unique look compared to other Air More Uptempos. Further USA-inspired details include red hits on the tongue and outsole Swoosh and gold accents on the Air unit and heel embroidery.

While Nike hasn't confirmed a release, the colorway has been uploaded to the brand's website, and it's already popping up at some retailers for $160. Check back for info on a wider launch.
