Whether it be through his numerous collaborations or Kith-exclusive colorways, Ronnie Fieg's New Balance ties run deep. In a since-deleted Instagram post, the Kith founder and designer may have given a hint at what's to come between he and the Boston-based brand.
With a caption simply titled "1300 RC," Fieg shared what looks to be an all-new New Balance design blending the upper of the 1300 with a segmented sole that similar to the brand's Sport variations. The sneaker itself features a retro-informed upper in an emerald suede and mesh with accents and grey laces, while the sole uses a modern Encap Reveal-cushioned midsole.
At this time, it's not clear if the New Balance 1300 RC is an upcoming collaboration, a Kith exclusive, or simply a new model that Fieg got his hands on first. Check back soon for updates.
