Kicking of the NBA's 2020 All-Star Weekend, the stars converged on the Wintrust Arena in Chicago earlier tonight for the annual Celebrity All-Star Game.
Star reporters Stephen A. Smith and Michael Wilbon led teams filled with notable names from the worlds of sports, music, entertainment, gaming, cooking and even politics. Predictably, those lineups didn't exactly translate into elite level basketball, but it was still an entertaining exhibition nonetheless. Wilbon's team made relatively easy work of Smith's team, which drew some of the usual hilarious antics from the latter. Rapper Common, a Chicago native and the game's MVP, led Team Wilbon to a 62-47 victory. He had 15 points, 5 rebounds, 3 assists and 4 steals while donning Benji Wilson's number '25' on his jersey and wearing the vibrant "Animal" Nike Kyrie 6.
Some of the game's other sneaker highlights included multiple pairs of customs for rapper Quavo, an unexpected tribute to Kobe Bryant by Bad Bunny and a surprise appearance by Nate Robinson in "Doernbecher" Air Jordans. Check out every sneaker worn in the 2020 NBA All-Star Celebrity Game below.
