2019 is over and done with, and while there was much debate over which sneakers were the best of the year, we didn't know which ones actually sold the best until now. Senior industry advisor Matt Powell of the NPD Group has just released a list of the top 10 earners of last year.
Similar to past years, the latest list is heavily dominated by Nike including the Air Max 270 taking the top spot. Other notable models that continue to perform well include the Adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2, Air Jordan 11, Nike Tanjun, and the Converse Chuck Taylor All-Star Low.
It's important to note that the silhouettes featured in the list focus on the number of units sold rather than individual colorways, which means the models with more frequent launches have an edge over styles that saw fewer iterations.
