New York-based sneaker retail and consignment shop Stadium Goods is expanding its brick and mortar reach, officially announcing the opening of a second retail location in one of America's fashion hubs.

According to the retailer's Instagram, Stadium Goods Chicago will open its doors in Spring 2020. Adding to the story, Built in Chicago reports that the store will be located at 60 East Walton Street, a two story, 6,000-square-foot space near the north end of Michigan Avenue. The location will be more apparel-centric than the New York store, but there will still be plenty of rare sneaker options to choose from.

This is the second-straight year that Stadium Goods has announced major expansion news during December. Last year, it was revealed that the company has been purchased by Farfetch for $250 million. More on what to expect from Stadium Goods Chicago as new details are announced.
