Utah Jazz star guard Donovan Mitchell's first-ever signature basketball sneaker—the Adidas D.O.N. Issue #1 is reportedly receiving a follow-up in 2020, as leaked images of the rumored D.O.N Issue 2 surfaced.
The sequel to Mitchell's inaugural shoe appears to make use of mesh on the mid-cut upper. Unlike its predecessor, a rigid heel counter has been added to the latest design featuring his signature spider logo printed onto the center while the Bounce cushioning technology in the midsole is set to make its return on the upcoming model. The D.O.N. Issue #2 debuts in a collection of colorful models that appear to be part of an official collaboration with Crayola.
Leaks provided by stepback.kicks indicate that D.O.N. Issue #2 is scheduled to debut in August 2020 for $100. Stay tuned to Sole Collector for updates regarding an official confirmation from Adidas.
