Designer Yohji Yamamoto of Adidas' fashion-forward Y-3 line will be updating its futuristic Y-3 runner 4D with a new variation coming next week.
According to the brand, this latest 4D-printed model takes design elements from the line's Y-3 YUUTO silhouette with the stitched-on cage featured throughout the black mesh and leather upper which sits atop the innovative green 4D midsole that's crafted with the use of both light and oxygen thanks to the Three Stripes' Digital Light Synthesis printing tech. Additional details include Yamamoto's signature embroidered on the lacing cage and Y-3 embossed on the medial side.
The latest Adidas Y-3 Runner 4D releases on Dec. 12 as well as at select Adidas Y-3 flagship stores, select Y-3 retailers and on y-3.com.
