It has been a huge 2019 for Sacai mainly due to the success of its Nike LDWaffle and Blazer Mid collabs, but new leaks suggest that the fashion label may have yet another Swoosh project dropping next year.
According to leaker py_leaks, the duo is reportedly sticking with the hybridization theme with a new Pegasus Vaporfly SP that's expected to feature design elements from the Pegasus and Vaporfly running silhouettes. The colorways rumored to be included will be "Black/Summit White-Pure Platinum," "Sail/Sport Fuchsia-Light Bone-Game Royal," and "String/Black-Villain Red-Neptune Green" colorways but early look at the styles have yet to surface.
The upcoming Sacai x Nike Pegasus Vaporfly SP is rumored to release sometime in Fall 2020. Stay tuned to Sole Collector for updates.
UPDATE (01/18): Today, Chitose Abe previewed the Sacai x Nike Pegasus VaporFly SP at the Sacai Fall/Winter 2020 runway show at Paris Fashion Week. As of now, an official release has yet to be announced.
