Michigan-based sneaker boutique Burn Rubber took a literal approach to selling the "Fearless" Air Jordan 1 this past weekend after a customer was seen eating bugs for an opportunity to purchase the limited shoes.

The video, shared courtesy of papa_smurf343, shows a sneaker fan who goes by Oly2Dope on Twitter munching down on multiple insects while waiting on line to cop the kicks. According to the fan, he showed up late to the release and decided to strike a deal with the store by eating tequila worms to guarantee his chance of buying the sneakers, which he was indeed able to cop. Check out the video of the shocking act below.

With a retail price of $160, the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG "Fearless" is currently reselling on StockX for an average price of $259. Burn Rubber has not returned a request for comment.
