This year marks the 30th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall and in honor of the occasion, Overkill and Adidas Originals are teaming up drop the ZX8000 "No Walls Needed" pack.

The offering is constructed with a mesh-based upper that's paired with suede overlays and a rigid heel counter. The collab's standout feature is the four unique symbols debossed on each heel to symbolize the themes of Equality, Individuality, Freedom, and Unity. Both pairs arrive together in a double-sided concrete-themed box allowing the wearer to mix and match as they choose.

The Overkill x Adidas ZX8000 'No Walls Needed' pack will be limited to only 1989 (to symbolize the year the Berlin Wall came down) pairs with a pre-release taking place at Overkill on Nov. 2. Adding to the theme, customers who buy the pack in-store will receive 100 Euros of "welcome money," inspired by that given to returning members of the German Democratic Republic (East Germany) after the fall of the wall. A global release follows on Nov. 9. The retail price is 260 Euros.
