Athletes included, nobody has repped being part of Jordan Brand as hard as DJ Khaled in recent years. He's worked on multiple friends & family collaborations, participated in campaigns and even coined the phrase "Still in the Meeting," which references being involved in secret meetings with the brand. Khaled is firmly embedded as a member of the Jordan family, but Kanye West may be trying to sway him to the other side.
Earlier today, Khaled shared a video of a meetup with West, after which he was gifted a pair of unreleased Yeezys straight off the rapper's feet. The model, the Yeezy 700 V3 according to Yeezy Mafia, appears to share DNA with the Yeezy Basketball shoe and is the same design West was spotted wearing this past July.
We'll likely hear more about this shoe in the coming months, as West typically starts wearing his Yeezys in public when they're being planned for retail. A slew of new designs, such as the much talked about "Yeezy Crocs," are slated to drop in 2020.
