With the "Cool Grey" Air Jordan 4 slated to re-release in retro form next month, another popular non-OG colorway of the classic model is scheduled to return.
According to zSneakerheadz, the "Black Cat" Air Jordan 4 will mimic the original from 2006. The upper will feature a stealthy black shade throughout, contrasted by graphite Jumpman branding on the tongue tag and heel tab. Note that the pair pictured above is the original 2006 version.
The Air Jordan 4 Retro "Black Cat" is expected to arrive on Feb. 22, 2020 at an increased $200 retail price instead of the usual $190. Stick with Sole Collector for updates for a potential early look in the coming months.
UPDATE (09/28): Thanks to zSneakerheadz, a first look at next year's potential "Black Cat" Air Jordan 4 release has surfaced. The popular color scheme is elevated with premium pony hair on the upper, which replaces the nubuck material from the drop in '06.
UPDATE (09/29): New information from Hanzuying indicates that the fur-covered version of the Air Jordan 4 is not the rumored "Black Cat" Air Jordan 4 Retro. The shoes feature different style numbers and the newer makeup is said to be for women.
