K-Pop star G-Dragon may have collaborative Nike Air Force 1 Lows in the works that are tied to his fashion label, PEACEMINUSONE.
According to py_rates, the project is rumored to feature the Air Force 1 Low in both "Black/White" and "Black/Sport Red/White" colorways. Thanks to solebyjc, seen above is a first look at one of two pairs donning a black leather upper with contrasting white accents on the Swoosh, laces, and sock liner. The shoe's standout feature is the label's trademark daisy logo embroidered on the tongue. Adding a touch of flair to the white midsole is a black streak painted across the lateral side.
The PEACEMINUSONE x Nike Air Force 1 Low pack is rumored to arrive sometime this holiday season with each pair retailing for $200.
UPDATE (11/04): Nike has officially confirmed the release info surrounding G-Dragon's "Para-noise" Air Force 1 Low collab. According to the brand, the shoe features a black-based layer on the upper that's designed to slowly wear away over time to reveal a personal artwork created by G-Dragon. Additional details include a daisy embroidery on the tongue along with removable pins on the eyelets.
"Ever since I came across hip-hop as a kid, AF1 has had a meaning greater than just shoes," says G-Dragon. "I couldn’t afford them, so I would always pass the Nike store and admire them with my eyes and heart only. For those who loved hip-hop culture, oversized clothes, hats, and matching-colored AF1s was the uniform."
The G-Dragon x Nike Air Force 1 Low "Para-noise" will drop globally on Nov. 23 on Nike.com and at select Nike retailers.
