It appears that Pro skater Eric Koston isn't slowing down when it comes to his Air Jordan 1 Low x Nike SB collaborations after a brand new colorway has surfaced.
Koston was recently spotted in a never-before-seen colorway of what's expected to be his newest Nike SB x Jordan 1 Low. The kicks are dressed in the colors resembling Michael Jordan's college team, the UNC Tar Heels. The low-top features a white-based leather upper that's contrasted by Carolina Blue overlays throughout the entirety of the shoe. Check out an early look below.
According to the Instagram post, the forthcoming Nike SB x Air Jordan 1 Low "Carolina Blue" is slated to drop on Aug. 10, but official release info has yet to be confirmed by Nike.
UPDATE (07/26): Koston's new Nike SB x Air Jordan 1 Low has been added to SNKRS, confirming an Aug. 2 release date for a retail price of $110.
According to their official product description, the sneakers were inspired by a pair Koston wanted as a kid but that his mom wouldn't buy despite a sale price of $24.99. That price, along with Koston's signature, are included inside the tongue labels. Further changes include a new shape on the model's vamp and Swoosh logo.
UPDATE (08/05): Erixc Koston's UNC-inspired Nike SB x Air Jordan 1 Low is now slated to release via Nike SNKRS and other select retailers on Monday, Aug. 12 for $110.
