More colorways of Jun Takahashi's Nike Daybreak collaboration are on its way despite the controversial comments made by the Undercover designer that prompted the cancellation of its release in China last month.
Next up for the redefined '70s running sneaker includes two iterations arriving in both "University Red" and "Obsidian" makeups featured on the nylon and suede upper. The silhouette's standout detail is its updated heel counter boasting Undercover's signature branding is found on the heel tab and then once again on the lateral side of the speckled midsole. The model first made its debut on the runway during last year's Paris Fashion Week.
The "University Red" and "Obsidian" colorways are scheduled to release at select retailers overseas including End. Clothing on Aug. 1 in men's and women's sizing for $175. In addition to these colorways, a third "Bright Citron" make up will also be hitting stores that day.
