With the 2019 FIBA World Cup set to tip off next summer, it appears that Jordan Brand will be releasing a special version of the Air Jordan 4 in time for the tournament.
The latest round of rumors come courtesy of @zSneakerheadz and @soleheatonfeet on Instagram, including a mock-up version of what's expected to arrive next year. The model boats a vibrant gym red upper featuring a lasered design throughout. Additional details include gold accents on the eyelets, with navy blue hits on the midsole and outsole.
While the sneaker has not yet officially been confirmed to release by Jordan Brand, the "FIBA" Air Jordan 4 Retro SE is rumored to drop in July 2019 for $200.
UPDATE (06/14): Thanks to zSneakerheadz on Instagram, here's a first look at the "FIBA" Air Jordan 4 rumored to release next month for $200. The shoe boasts a gym red leather upper that's paired with obsidian accents throughout. The standout feature is the symbols found on the sides and the tongue, which are inspired by flags of different countries.
UPDATE (07/26): Originally expected to drop this month, the "FIBA" Air Jordan 4 is now on track for a September release. Along with the updated date comes the best look yet at the special-edition pair.
