With China set to host this year's FIBA Basketball World Cup, Jordan Brand is cooking up a special Air Jordan 12 for the occasion.

The latest iteration keeps it fairly simple, sporting a predominately white tumbled leather upper that's paired with metallic gold accents on the eye stay and lateral side. Additional details include a red sock liner and Chinese characters featured on the heel tab.

According to zSneakerheadz, the "FIBA" Air Jordan 12 is slated to drop on Aug. 24 for $190. The FIBA tournament will tip off on Aug. 31 and will conclude with the medal games on Sept. 15. Also rumored to be dropping ahead of the tournament is the "FIBA" Air Jordan 4.
