Following an exclusive pre-launch during 2019 NBA All-Star weekend in Charlotte this past February, TheSoloist x Converse ERX 260 Hi is receiving a wider launch.

TheSoloist's Takahiro Miyashita-san took inspiration from technical wear and rock music for his rebellious take on the '80s basketball model. An all-black leather and suede upper is accented with special features like a removable zipper shroud, mismatched eyelets, and a translucent outsole. Special branding comes in the form of "I am the Soloist" stitched in white on the tongue and the phrase "Hello! I am the Soloist. Hello! Hello. Hello?" written across the bottom of each sneaker.

Anyone looking to get their hands on the TheSoloist x Converse ERX 260 Hi will get the opportunity on Saturday, March 9 when the pair releases via converse.com and other select retailers for $150. New Yorkers will also have the opportunity to acquire the pair a day earlier at TheSoloist's New York City pop-up at 165 Hudson Street. The space will operate from March 8 through March 22.
